ACCEPTING INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS & POSITIVE PARTNERSHIPS in SARASOTA in March 2008 Julia Onnie-Hay is a professional student of holistic nutrition with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition affiliated with Teachers College of Columbia University. She will be licensed by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in June 2008 as a holistic health counselor. Based in Sarasota, Florida, she is an apprentice with folk herbalist and permaculturist Willow LaMonte; works as Project Assistant for the Grasroots Leadership Initiative; works part-time at Jessica‘s Organic Farm; and coordinates Harvest Cycle. Julia holds a B.A. in cultural anthropology from New College of Florida and has studied Amazonian shamanistic healing arts as an apprentice to the shaman Don Juan Tangoa Paima in the Peruvian Amazon. She aspires to facilitate holistic healing and evolution through diet and lifestyle changes that are aligned with sustainable living. Special focus on women’s wellness and empowerment.
